Amanda Sierra Soetedjo is her full name. Sierra Soetedjo, is a newcomer of Indonesian jazz singer who has accomplished her study in Perth majoring vocal at WAAPA (Western Australia Academy of Performing Arts) and graduated in Advance Diploma of Contemporary Music in 2005 and Bachelor of Music (Jazz Performance) in 2007. During high school period, she received awards for Music and a Merit Certificate for Outstanding Performance and Commitment to the Music Department in 1999. Her recording experience began when she returned to Indonesia in 2008, after finishing her education in Australia. One of her friends introduced her to Tompi, who took her in duet on the album My Love Letter Happy Life.
Sierra released her 1st audiophile solo album called “Only One” on January 2011. The album contains 9 songs such as Especially For You, Leaving On a Jet Plane, Have I Told You Lately, Something, You, Save the Last Dance, Lately, Thank You Love and The Only One.
In Ngayogjazz, Sierra collaborated with Antonius Erwin Zubiyan (guitarist), Punjul Wahyu Sarosa (bassist), Faizal (drummer), and Yohanes Gondo (keyboardist).
